Very good signing for me if we complete it. As i've said from the start of this month if the club couldn't find anyone they wanted i understood having to go with Fabio and Cutrone. WJ definitely not been happy since his moves fell through but he should be ideal for what we need particularly from crosses and i wasn't sure this calibre of striker would be available so glad we are making these moves.

Would also say though that we need to fix what is happening behind the striker and get a more suitable player supporting centrally instead of Donk. Podence probably the most likely i think when he's back from injury.

Agree. Nuno often played a 4-4-1-1 at Porto I believe (Jota behind the forward I think) so maybe he might in the long run try Raul behind WJ if we sign him permanently? Would allow us to have three strikers in the squad too...

I think a club should be launched run by fans only - it would almost certainly be permanent champions, make profits every year, never have injuries, buy/sell players at the perfect time, and it’s substitutions always pay off.

Wouldn't say struggling. Marseille for instance have been trying to spend money this window. There is an issue in France with the collapse of a TV deal which will harm a lot of clubs income (especially with no fans) so clubs will try and take the piss a bit and act is if Jez Moxey is raiding a club put into admin.

Would be surprised if we went for this, Costa has been a brilliant player (would be quite good as a ten for us even when he was fit) but too many injuries and fitness issues for me, plus his wages.

Lets just get the Jose deal done, it will be a huge lift to the team. And it will be necessary as i dont think we will see Jiminez playing again this season. If he does it will only be for the last few games, and in bit parts only.

Would not be averse to Costa, was skeptical in the summer but he's looked decent for Bayern when I've seen them this season (admittedly it's hard to look bad for Bayern

Alex Crook saying that the fee to buy WJ will be 15-20m Euros and that we weren't planning to bring in a striker but with how things are panning out we can't afford to risk not to. Also as stated, once WJ is in next week pending his work permit, Cutrone will be sent back to Italy

Yep. Rules changed this season so he can play for 3 clubs
