He’s out injured for two months isn’t he? (Simakan)
Yeah, just had a look, think Leipzing might be looking to sign him in summer to replace Upamecano. He’s out injured for two months isn’t he? (Simakan)
I like Cutrone and as a stop-gap I'd rather we play him for the next couple of weeks than Silva. But neither of them are the answer for the next 20 games. What based on the half hour you've seen him so far ?
The work permit situation could be a big issue there.I genuinely thought we had Pepe lined up from Gremio to do that dual striker/wide man option, but him going anywhere has gone very quiet.
I'm sure I read somewhere it opened up for us to sign Hwang back then and Nuno himself vetoed it?I'd be focusing on a wide player/forward. Like if we had gone for Hwang last January - don't have any suggestions off top of my head right now though!
Yeah I saw the same thing. Mind you, I think I saw it suggested the same for Dani Olmo too, so could have just been speculation.I'm sure I read somewhere it opened up for us to sign Hwang back then and Nuno himself vetoed it?
I think unless we've been working on a slow burner of a deal we aren't going to see any incomings. Not the end of the world, unless a couple of the teams below us put together a great run of form and we continue in this rut. I'd hope that both scenarios together are unlikely
Yeah I'm not expecting anything at all now.
Writing off this season 19 games in, if that's what they are essentially doing, puts a lot of expectation and pressure on the work in the summer. Need to strengthen (and they need to be proper "upgrades" IMO) in some important positions. They need to be ready to act quick I think, especially if the Euros is going ahead
