How shit is the Online Club Shop?

I just got an email saying my order has finally been dispatched. Let's see how long it takes for the courier to actually pick it up...

Personally I've never had an issue when I have ordered anything from the club shop, and I also have to say that the staff responding to their emails have always been very polite and efficient and remedied any issues quickly.

I do agree with @Alan , the whole courier industry is fubar at the mo. The postal service is really struggling also.

Agreed . . . always had items delivered within 2-3 weeks after travelling half way around the world.

Last order though took 4 months ! ! !

Not the fault of the club shop . . . arrived in Oz within 10 days of ordering the stuff and then Australia Post, in their infinite wisdom, decided the package should experience a tour around Australia for 3+ months.

Got it in the end. Funny thing though it was during the last lockdown and the package saw more of Australia than I could ever hope to at the time.

the wife ordered a top for the youngest in the Black Friday sale, still waiting on it, really hope it gets here before the big day.

Normally I've had pretty good service from them.

Is anyone still waiting on a delivery from the club shop? My lads going to be mega pissed, ordered on line during black Friday and its forever out fir delivery but not being delivered.

I waited for about 8 days I believe, after the order was labeled as "dispatched", for it to actually be collected by the courier, and it came the other day (I gave the address of my folks in London, not my Bulgarian one), so it took about 20 days in total for my order to be delivered.

Had the same the Hermes myself..contacted the shop and they said they would send another next day guaranteed. Decided against this and called, they refunded me and I went into store and bought it (with 25% discount sale they were having) they refunded me for the original and it turned up yesterday so my dad has 2 identical shirts with grandad on the back for Christmas haha

So not the Club Shop, but I bought some stuff for work and chose next day delivery. It came 2 1/2 weeks later. Deliveries are just shit atm (although Amazon seem to manage...)

Xmas is saved thanks to a Hermes driver turning up this afternoon, phew
