We have had a shit season yet are only 3 points of a Villa team who have had a great season

They were having a great season 10 games ago. Lost Grealish though and now have 9 points from last 10. Guess it still is a “great season” relative to being in a relegation battle last year.

I would say they are miles worse without their best player than we are without our best player.

Well the stats back that up.

1.5 PPG with him and 1 PPG without Grealish.

From this season we are 1.55 PPG with and 1.19 PPG without Raul.

However I’d like to think we should handle it better as we are theoretically a top half squad, whereas they are a squad who was lucky to survive and added a GK and a Striker.
