Fulham (H) 3/11 Match Thread

Bit of an odd game, this. We look well organised, Fulham playing nicely without a cutting edge. We’ve not created anything from open play despite a few good positions but scored 2 set pieces. Waiting for Jota to come to life

Superb ball by Jota - Cav almost in, only stopped by a McDonald tackle that I though he wasn't capable of

Been a strangely subdued game. Other than the goals we're a bit flat going forward. Fulham's high line has meant we've been looking for a ball over the top more than getting it in to the front three's feet. Jota has been unexpectedly quiet.

They're having plenty of the ball but not really worrying us. Our shape looks almost impenetrable at times. Cav and saiss both off for me

Alf on for me - can't be playing this with 10 men. Cav not really in the game either

I'd keep Cav on. He's getting into good positions but he really has to improve his end product.

Not much to grumble about in that half. Fulham have had a bit more possession than I would have liked but we've looked pretty comfortable. Their players constantly falling over at the slightest touch is annoying me a bit though.

2 awesome deliveries from Douglas and 2 cracking headers.

Sums up my thoughts nicely, could do with the extra pace of Costa if we carry on looking for the ball over the top, Fulham relying on their pacy fullbacks to cover the space.

Should add, still loads better than I’m used to seeing Wolves play! Would take Saiss off just in case he gets himself sent off

We've scored the goals so easily without getting out of 2nd gear the game has gone flat as a result.

Fulham have had possession but nothing that's really worried us. One goal back though and it gets slightly nervy.

Frederick looks decent, lovely run at the end there, could have had a shot, decided to pass it and it was tamely squandered.

Defensively we look good, we're closing well and positionally, we are anticipating their runs and shutting them out.

Going forward, we've been ok, some good movement but passes into the area have left us down I feel, a bit heavy at times. But Im not worried, we;re pinging it around well in midfield and it's tiring Fulham out. I reckon we can get another 2 in the 2nd half

FFS, theres a Swedish fan on the pitch who's just been given an interview and £2,000 just for travelling over for games.

Myself and WH must surely be owed similar compensation!
