Yeah needs to be soon, I mean we all know they don't give a shit about us fans but surely clubs want to get their schedule sorted for as and when international players come back yet they don't know what day they'll be playing.
Its bad really, how can you plan properly for a game that's potentially 8 days away but you don't know yet.a few managers are complaining about the delays to schedules being released, as well as the schedules themselves. That's possibly affecting their thinking too.
I doubt it. 2000 max in a few Stadiums in London and Liverpool won't change the outlook. Before the live games are binned I think capacity in Stadiums will have to go over 50%Dragging their feet over the weekend of 5/6th December again I see.
Now that all games aren't officially behind closed doors does that mean the end of every game being televised?
Yeah hope so, really don't know why they can't crack on with announcing them then.I doubt it. 2000 max in a few Stadiums in London and Liverpool won't change the outlook. Before the live games are binned I think capacity in Stadiums will have to go over 50%
The next round of games may have been waiting for the Tiers to be announced. Next weekend in London there is Chelsea, West Ham and Tottenham (v Arsenal!) at home. Even though they're all in different parts of London I'd guess they will try and split them over different days.Yeah hope so, really don't know why they can't crack on with announcing them then.
Think the splits like that are done prior to the fixtures even coming out (ie London clubs paired off, us and West Brom not playing at home in the same round of fixtures etc) and thats with full capacities expected. The next round of games may have been waiting for the Tiers to be announced. Just saw that, was similar last year wasn't it City home and Liverpool.
Yes a lot of other sides have quick fixture turnaround over Xmas but those that have a 48 hour turnaround are playing sides who’ve had similar amounts of rest give or take 10-12 hours. West Ham opponents have 24 hours extra rest where’s ours have a 31 hour advantage. It’s obscene in such a short turnaround. As Pacmac says we’d be well within our rights to just concentrate on one game and play a severely weakened side in the other. It's the same as last year.
Our performance at Anfield was incredible in the circumstances
