We beat Morocco 1-0 just before the World Cup, Owen came on as sub and scored his first England goal.

Think it was Gazza's last England cap too.

Edit: Actually no it wasn't, he played against Belgium a couple of days later too and then Hoddle dropped him from the final squad. Phil Neville started that game so hence doesn't qualify under the question I asked.
