Ravanelli. Didn't he get a hat-trick pretty early on?
 
Aguero away to Swansea? I remember tat game as it was Swansea's first in te Prem.
 
Michu and Aguero are correct.
 
Van Nistelrooy got two on his debut but I don't know if that's going back too far.

Thinking about it, Jermaine Pennant got a hat-trick for Arsenal against Southampton at the back end of 2002/3 but I don't know if that was his debut or just his first start.
 
I got the question from Opta and the third isn't Ravenelli, or Nistelrooy.
