I don't think they're right :)

1 for Leicester
49 for Burnley
4 for Newcastle
16 for Forest

Edit: Hang on, I'm missing one for Forest when he was on loan. That's where it is.

So yeah, 71.

Somehow we aren't the ultimate Chris Wood curse club!

He's scored 9 in 16 against Huddersfield and 8 in 22 against Brighton. We're even beaten out of the medal spots as while he's scored 7 in 19 against us, he has 7 in 14 against West Ham.

FFS, my bonus point destroyed

A last bit of Chris Wood trivia; he's appeared against every permanent Wolves manager except Lopetegui going back to Solbakken.

2012/13: for Millwall (vs Solbakken) and Leicester (vs Saunders)
2014/15: for Leeds (vs Jackett)
2016/17: for Leeds (vs Zenga and Lambert)
2018/19: for Burnley (vs Nuno)
2021/22: for Burnley and Newcastle (vs Lage)
2023/24: for Nottm Forest (vs O'Neil)

He’s had a pretty respectable career tbh.

He's a decent player. Always has been. Never sure why our fans make him out to be some kind of carthorse.

Had we signed him in 2014 as Ken wanted to, we'd probably have gone up that season.
