There is a whole backstory about the FM25 delay that you need to understand the context of this.

Quite funny though.
 
Swos was amazing. If you put a centre back in a DM Position somehow saw him always get amazing ratings and see his value explode
 
Revolutionary for its time but absolutely shite now. Never go back.

In unshocking news, FM25 officially cancelled. It sounds like they went for revolution rather than evolution of the user interface.

They won't but a free database update for FM24 would be a good idea now, albeit my games last ages so I wouldn't even be starting a new save yet, 6 years into my random Wycombe save.
 
That’s an absolutely huge fuckup from the top that will cost them a lot of money. I feel sorry for the devs tbh but after all of this I don’t have much faith in them getting it ready in time for the next release!
