Farage Ltd and Similar Watch

Nadhim Zahawi joins them.

I would have thought that even Farage would have turned him down based on his shenanigans with HMRC and his ability to tweet his backing for Johnson minutes before jumping ship onto a different bandwagon.
Zahawi well before joining Reform....

'Instead, Zahawi makes an impassioned case for the entrepreneurial resourcefulness and determination that migrants bring to the economy. “In the UK,” he writes, “it’s not uncommon to meet people who’ve fled politically or physically dangerous situations and made huge sacrifices for the sake of their family. Get in an Uber and you could lay money on meeting one. We take for granted these people will mop our floors and take care of our sick, but when you think they were the ones brave enough to leave, it woefully underestimates their capabilities. Harnessing that energy is just one of the reasons we need safe and legal routes for those fleeing persecution and tyranny.” '

hmmm, what could possible usurp a stated support for migrants in the mind of zahawi?

These defections are going to kill Reform. Their whole shtick is being anti-establishment. Hard to pull that off when you're chock full of Tories.

It's a bit odd tho. I mean, he's going to rock up at reform now obvs. But he and farage have been very antagonistic towards each other in the past. plus honest bob has always wanted the top job.
at what point are these political heavyweights (lolz) going to start infighting and trying for farages job? tice, and yusuf are going to see themselves undermined a lot too.

Just reading that hes blown any leverage of negotiating for a top job at reform because of his sacking. Let’s face it he’s an odious prick who has about as much skills for high office than Munetsi has for top level football so, brilliantly for all of us, he’s days of being a front line politician could well be over.
