FA Cup R3: Liverpool (H) Build Up

More like £15, no?

£27 - £20 = £7

He has saved £20, because that's what he would have been willing to spend, no?

You clearly haven't experienced the logic of ladyfolk in a January sale :)

I mean I could say the same about myself, £12 is neither here nor there really (given I would have spent £15), it's the principle of it.

I'm sure it was £35ish for a ticket when I looked.

It was £27 to get my ticket in BQ lower, would've been another £12 each for the kids I think. Too much really for a midweek reserve game.

Depends where you were sitting. Think the BW is £35. Behind the goals it is £27

That explains it then. Sat in the BW for 10 years so always just default to those prices. I like to be as relaxed as possible at the match :)

Couldn't have justified another overnight stay after being there only 5 days ago (& will need to again for both the West Ham & Newcastle games) particularly for a 'free' televised game which will no doubt have a load of reserves playing.

Love watching us on TV especially when it's on Sky or normal TV. There's just something about the fact that lots of other people up and down the country will be watching too that makes it better. I enjoy it just as much as going, tbh.

I’d go with Traore & Jota as a front two tonight with MGW playing through the middle in the ‘false 9’ position. That front three could do some real damage if they click. I’ve no desire to see Costa starting after his performance v Palace.

Neves will start and I’m fairly confident Donk, Vinagre, Moutinho & Ruddy will also start.

I’d keep the back three the same.

Could live with those changes - move Jonny across as he's a a few games out & Doherty hasn't at any point, plus Jiminez really needs a break.

Back 3 don't need to change as they don't need to run as far during any game - needs to be as strong a team as possible as we are not in trouble in the league (and no reason why we should be at the season end) so would like to see us give this comp as much chance as possible for success.

Wishful thinking me thinks...i doubt we will ever see right footed Johnny on the right, same as seeing right footed Boly on the right.

Im Guessing
Ruddy
Bennett - Coady - Boly
Doc - Neves - Donk - Vinagre
Traore - MGW - Jota

Another armchair fan tonight.

I'm going and as always looking forward to watching us play. Watching on tv is just not the same for me and i've not missed a game yet this season.

Saw him play there v Leicester in the Cup.

Went to that and can't remember his performance.... Suit him better? Wasn't Donk on the right side of defence too?
I'm going tonight.... £30 in the SB just to get the price stats out there.
Overpriced if I'm being honest yet I'm sure Fosun having some number crunchers working on our habits.
