He was proper injury prone early on. Did his ACL twice after leaving Coventry

Yeah, with how it panned out Leon hardly played anyway as he's shit (obviously) and Dicko was brilliant.

But Ken wanted two options right there and then and I get it, as we got rid of Griffiths, Doyle and Sigurdarson. He should just have picked a better one than that and there were enough people still at the club from Leon's first spell that should have told him no. Spoke volumes that we paid that much and only gave him an 18 month deal.

Dicko was so fucking good when he arrived, man. League One was shit in its way but I still look back on that season fondly.

I preferred Dicko to Afobe in 2014/15 in the Champo too. Superb for us until his knee went pop.
