Replacing Hodge and Costa with Neves and Raul will make a difference.

Playing Hwang and Pod closer to the central striker will be a bigger difference though.

An actually competent and visible midfield 3 would be nice and protect our fragile back 4.

We have been pretty bloody awful. How many times have we given the ball away? We are so sloppy, especially at the back. I've withheld judgement on Collins, but on this display he is fucking awful.

I agree in a sense but I think it's quite difficult for them up top as the ball often goes wide to the full back, our midfielders are so static the only real pass is down the line.

Agree with that. Crikey Collins was bad for the one after it hit his heel. He seemed to magic up space for the striker right in the middle of the pitch.

Positive is we responded to going behind,
Negatives we have players not at this level and it shows Costa, Hwang, Hodge, Semedo, Collins all not performing anywhere near what we need.

Because he's shit.

Hwang has been perfectly serviceable, nowhere near our worst player. Pressed well and made several really good runs which weren't picked out. It's a hiding to nothing playing up top for us anyway.
