Not so much of a cracking story, however...
My daughter made some 80% dark chocolate and macadamia nut clusters for me for work, being kind and all that I asked the office if they wanted to try...
I asked the chap next to me if he wanted to try some, his reply...
"Sadly I can't my diabetes won't allow me to, but I did go to my friends house and not have a beer"
My reply...
"But did you share a passionate kiss..?"

He didn't answer
I miss British banter....
