Burnley (A) 30.03.2019

So I can't find a working stream here, yet my brother is watching the game in a bar in The Gambia... I'm getting updates from him!

Portuguese commentary praising Barnes for his "intelligence" in cheating the referees.

Ref gives a free kick when Moutinho slides in, stops before he reaches Bardsley. Bardsley falls over, realised he’s not been touched and jumps up to chase the ball, but the refs given a free kick. Once the free kick is swung in, Rui makes a soft punch and the ref evens it up by giving us a really soft free kick.

The refs pretty poor tbh.

Sounds like we are not quite at it today - know that Nuno is always 'one game at a time', but wonder whether minds are looking forward a week.

Suspect that there will be changes in the second half.

He is, your right, always looks like he's gonna cry too.

Bad one to concede but Burnley haven't really threatened otherwise. We've looked ok-ish going forwards but most of the threat is Traore dinking crosses in to, let's be kind, not the greatest targetmen in the world.

We've been the better team on the ball. Just can't work anything in the final third. We miss Jiminez up there unsurprisingly. Traore has been quiet but OK. Maybe Doc would give us more drive into the box.

Very unlucky for the goal, but we fell asleep on the free kick.

He's a bit of a plodder today.
I love him, i literally wanted to name my third born Ivan, but sadly I don't think he's good enough for where we want to be next season.

Bit of a nothing game, neither team has created much of note, we have at least started to dominate possession.

Barnes is a shithouse.

Good summary.
I would say that Traore has put the ball in quite a few times now and Cav hasn't even been there.
Cav has also been found offside twice, when he shouldn't have.
Jota doesn't see to have that "angry knock em off the ball" in his locker today.
We've seem these games fleetingly before, wouldn't surprise me if they float a ball in the box and get a 2nd off an header or something.
I know we don't want anyone injured but we have got step up and get in their faces for these type of matches.

Burnley are rubbish. Neither team looks like scoring, but normally you would be ok with that with the hope we can get one from a moment of quality which would get us the win. Just a shame Burnley have actually scored by us gifting them a soft goal. So we really need to step up second half. If we score in the first 10-15 we will win it.

Watford are 1-0 down at the moment as well so we could really do with picking up something here, assuming that holds

I do wish Sean Dyche would stop picking his nose.

Lovely run by Traore from right back to the edge of their box and decent effort from Jota
