The corner catry and open your eye back up. Disappointing end for him. He won't want to see that again.

You may be too young to remember Roberto Duran and no mas

He has two eyes. Ok ones closed but the other? It seemed a limp end for someone so rated.

It isn't Rocky, you can't cut people's eyes open.

He couldn't see, if he doesn't take a knee then the ref stops it. He needs to work on his defence more to stop that.

Joyce was barely marked, looked really good.

I know you rate him highly. In fairness I hadn't seen enough of him but was interested as he had a 92% ko record. He never looked like extending that tonight. I do see what you are saying but to me it is a very tame end.

Tyson to stop Jones in the centurion match!

Joyce isn’t a great watch. Boxes in slow motion but kept the jab going, took what he had to and got the job done.

First time ive seen Dubois. Clearly has power, but he only few a couple and then was gassed for the rest of the round. Was just a static target as well which meant he kept wearing jabs and that in the end is what’s messed his eye up. Not sure he actually took any power.

Lets be honest though. Tyson Fury makes both these look dreadful. So not sure either of them should be anywhere near a world title.

That is fair enough. Neither looked world class in movement, power or ability

Tyson Fury's one of the best boxers ever so that's not really a fair comparison.

And the young Fury was also labelled boring and slow at one point.

Joyce's work rate was anything but slow motion and he boxed like it was an amateur bout because that's what was going to win him the fight. Fair play to him, top boxing.

But Joyce is already 35. His work rate was top notch, no question. But not sure he can take it up a gear from “slow and laboured” even if that was enough to win the fight on this occasion.

Tyson and Jones showed great handspeed and technique. Tyson won for me but celebrity judges called it a draw. Tyson looked in top shape! Tyson didn't look a day over thirty. Both showed the talent that they had and still have proving form is temporary class is permanent.

Cracking exhibition but let’s not do this again

Joyce won't be at the top for long but he might get there. He improved his head movement last night and he's got a chin of iron. I think AJ and Fury beat him but he doesn't have many weaknesses.

He’s not exactly quick and he’s not going to get quicker. He took a few hits yesterday - a better boxer at landing punches, like Joshua, would take him easily enough.

Been following DDD for years and was slightly disappointed by how he was outboxed last night, but you could tell at the end of the second round he was already shaken up by the number of straight left hand jabs getting through his defence. He’ll learn from last night and at 23 he’s got plenty more big fights in him. Gotta remember he’s learning on the job.

Joyce’s game plan worked a treat so fair play to him. He might get a crack at Usyk next year but I only see that going one way.

I've always thought Joyce was pretty sound technically, he is the wrong age though and his natural sluggishness won't help.

A defeat these days isn't terminal unless you get absolutely sparked, David Price style. Learn from it and move on.

Usyk could win on points but he won't be able to hurt Joyce at all.

Well, hope this is a better fight than the Dubois / Joyce one.
