I'm hoping he thinks Toti can be the full back in the back 3. Doc has had good games there since Vítor has come in but as we saw against Forest there's always the potential for him to throw in a 1/10 performance.

VP doesn't want to play it, and neither do I personally

Not with the personel we currently have anyway.

Toti is much better in a 3/5 for a start.

I actually think Doc was no better or worse than anyone else v Forest - but the issue is, he had that one moment where he got dragged out to the right back position and was made to look like a 90 year old man. He is what he is, but I think it's a tad harsh to say "1/10". Santi was an absolute wet lettuce next to him, IIRC, but doesn't get the "1/10" treatment.

The positive news is he looked far more assured with Agbadou in the middle and Toti on the left. The backline looked pretty solid, but we'll have to stick a pin in it for now in terms of whether Vitor sticks with those three or intergrates Nasser in to the back line instead.
