Count them up to 9 then miss a year & start again on 1 after that - avoids the awkward decade changeover.

Given that without a demise (& that's a worse option) then there's feck all you can do so just embrace it.

It's not that bad - I've been there, done that & got the t shirt (plus a load more afterwards ldman. It's just a number anyway

Have found that as one ages you can return to more childish behaviour & people excuse it as eccentric senility & let you get away with it!
