Bellend commentators

Les Ferdinand repeatedly expressing he has a hatred of jugglers over on Amazon Prime...

Not sure who the commentator is on Optus Sport (sounds Northern Irish) but he just said Frank McClintock is 95 tomorrow 😂
Maths not a strong point obviously 😂

Not really relevant but I Googled Gary Newbon tonight, he'll be 80 in March - Wtf?!!

Scary how time flies faster the older one gets. I can remember Frank McClintock playing when I was a kid, so knew he couldn't be 95 😳. Im not that old 😂

Add Kate Cross from The Times to the list of deluded pundits claiming GO was unfortunate to be sacked. Claimed he was an excellent manager who had done really well and was one of a refreshing new breed of young managers. Tell people you’ve never actually watched the team you’re passing comment without stating it directly.

I was involved in a discussion with a Sheffield United fan on Facebook last night who used O'Neil as one of his examples of English managers who are sacked at the 'first sign' of bad form. I stated the evidence of those who actually watch week in week out and how 3 wins in 26 is hardly the 'first sign of bad form'. He said VP is just new manager bounce and doesn't O'Neil deserve credit for last season and working with FFP restrictions.

The thing is, all of these neutrals just listen to what the media tells them and as we know, they are ridiculously pro-O'Neil so they are ready with the list of excuses that have been drummed into them without seeing that the whole place was a shambles and O'Neil was massively out of his depth

Thought you didn't want to be on TV any more Jake.

So you applied for the MOTD job and didn't get it.

"Come on love, let's go out for a nice meal to start the year, we've got childcare sorted out, just the two of us. Oh, and bring the whiteboard and at least three different colours of marker pen".

Has she got her spoon in front of her mouth or are her teeth that colour?

Think I’ve mentioned it before but stumbled across a re-run of Spurs v Man Utd from NYD 1991. Remember it well as it was on just we got home from a dreadful 0-0 v Watford.
The coverage is still fully intact apart from the adverts. Coverage of live football by ITV between 1988-1992 was a shambles. Programme started 5-10 minutes before kick off, analysis was minimal to a point it was pointless. And in all that they shoe horn in all the goals from the other games.
Can see full why the Premier League went with Sky.
