Yeah. Like I say last week I spent fifty quid in there, the choice was ace. Today was absolutely shite though.

Yeah they are 440s. Bought a few of the 440 stouts as well and quite a few 330s. I've cut my drinking right down, still avergaing 2lb per week weight loss even with a few beers on the weekend (my eating habits and exercising far outweigh a few beers on the weekend now) so I don't mind stocking up when there's good beer on offer!

I was at around 2lb a week for the past few months, but going slower now I'm nearly there unfortunately. I've cut beer out apart from 2 or 3 on a Saturday to help

Got down to 15st 5lb from 17st 13lb and I've no doubt it will slow down now. Basically most of the fat I've got left is just hanging around my gut now so it's just burning that off. 6 beers a week shouldn't really affect that hopefully considering my daily calorie intake is so small.

Similar really, though I was a shade under 20 stone and am just over 15 now. 6lb to go and it's a right bugger.

The last leg always is, the initial shocl to the system always yields massive results but it slows as you go. that's where the lifestyle change comes in, it's not just flash diets and lip service to exercise that do it and keep it off, it's changing your way of life. I've gone as hard as I can on taking in the minimal amount of calories so I can enjoy a few beers at the weekend. You can't cut off everything completely.

Good point. I've mastered the lifestyle change I think now, exercise is the key for me - I've come to really enjoy it. Another couple of weeks and I'm going ease up on the number of calories and allow myself a bit more of a relaxed weekend.
