Solid if not flashy performance. We rarely looked in trouble but at 1-0 there are always nerves. Donk was impressive today, he did a superb job on Grealish who rarely got a look in. Jonny good too. Neves probably had his poorest game for a while.

I don’t actually think he’s that far wrong.

Both teams neat and tidy without creating much.

Jimenez and Jota didn’t really get much of a sniff and Villa defended well - we didn’t cause them any problems.

Apart from Coady, Jonny and Donk we were pretty average.

Wasn't honestly nervous towards the end. Certainly no heart in mouth moments. It's a rare old time indeed when I can say that as we're sitting on 1-0 lead.

Pleased for Donck. He seems to have been getting forward more since the restart (might be my imagination, mind) and has been missed a few times here or there. Great finish with his swinger though, doubt he could've hit it much better.

Was a little pedestrian and flat at times, but it's 3 games in a week after months off. 3 wins, 3 clean sheets, that's pretty much perfect.

-edit- to add no injuries! (that we know of anyway)

Maybe someone should let him know we've played more games this season than any team in Europe. And only used 20 players.

I'm fed up of his complaints after every game.

He moaned about other clubs having better quality to choose from on the bench last week...he's signed about 13 players this season!
