The drink limit and smoking have both been in the news lately, plus my work has a zero tolerance for drugs and alcohol so the low rates are always mentioned in information.
The Speed limits have been drummed into us because a few drivers have been caught out thinking they can go at the NSL and the Agency was an educated guess!
As for the fine...seemed obvious
