reminds me of the time I spent 2 hours trying to get a guy disability benefits based on his angina. after 1 hour 55 mins I told him his case was, at best, borderline. Fella told me that was no surprise, he'd never had any luck since losing 3 fingers & pulled his hand out his pocket where it had been throughout the interview.
Had to completely re-write the form. Had he said that at the beginning, it would have been only 1 hour, and he'd have got it easy (which he did!(
