Yes that's quite true,I am currently working at a joint U.S/U.K. establishment and loads of black American guys are here and they use nigger constantly whilst talking to each other.
I have heard this subject discussed on t.v. and the usual subjects always state that it's a cultural thing thats o.k with them but strictly off limits to anybody else which I find bizarre.
