I agree. Jeff is part of a very successful global company, he is not a fool. He watches every game and he doe's look at social media, and some people were questioning Nuno's tactics and style of playing, and I doubt he was happy the same as lots of us were.
I don't understand the distrust of him.
All agents do the same, that's how they make their money, although I do dislike them
though, and I think the club should not pay them it should be the players.
My Daughter works at New Cross and was told by a consultant, who is a friend of a Wolves player, I won't name the player, but the player said that Nuno wasn't sacked. He told Jeff that not seeing his family was for such a long time had done for him, and wanted to leave, and Jeff reluctantly agreed
When asked about Mendes Jeff said he was only one of several we use, although he was the main one. I thought the video was good, and showed that running a football club as easy as some may think.
At the beginning of the video he did say that he would be talking to Nuno at the end of the season. So it does look as if Nuno didn't want to stay any longer, and was not sacked.
I remember when Jeff said when asked about the role of Mendes and how much influence he as. Jeff replied that he works for Wolves, not Wolves working for him. He also said he doesn't tell us what to do with we tell him.
Someone on a social media site said he was told that it was Nuno's decision to leave. I think if he had been sacked he wouldn't have been here for the Utd game
I don't want Benitez either, but he does have experience of the Premiere League and European football.
I think he's passed his sell by date now anyway.
I think its about missing his family. Months and months away from your family must have been heartbreaking for him.
I wish him all the best wherever he goes. He is a big part of Wolves history. Thank you Nuno, top man.
