    Sunderland (H) 9/12 Build-Up

Yup, Neves for N'Diaye. Simple. I'd be half tempted to play Vinagre in games like this, where I doubt we'll do too much defending. But Douglas has been good so more a passing thought than a suggestion.

    Birmingham 0 Wolves 1 - Verdict Thread

Don't think we were particularly good. We missed Neves I'd say. N'Diaye is a decent player but I'm yet to be convinced he suits our style perfectly. That said, we didn't look likely to concede ever and as an individual, Jota terrorised their defence. Once we scored, the win was at no point in...

    Blues (A) build up

I don't think Bennett is among our first choice CBs. He came in and did well, but he's now made an error costing a goal, so like Danny and Miranda, he is likely to now drop out. This will likely also improve the team as a whole. Don't see an issue here.

Player of the Season so far?

Voted for Kev that time, past me done okay there. This time I've gone Leo. Think he's the one we'd have struggled the most without.

    Bolton (H) Build Up Thread

I also wonder if Costa might get a start in this one. No idea who for though! Also be tempted to start N'Diaye but probably instead of Saiss. Couldn't drop Neves. I'd still like to see Hause for Bennett too. I'm shocked that the only game he has played was when we completely shut out Man City...

Dirty Leeds Done Dirt Cheap: Wolves 4 Leeds 1 - The Verdict

That was quite enjoyable really. This season is lovely. Happy times. Only we can stop ourselves going up this season. No standout team, eh Warnock?

    Leeds (H) build up

Looking forward to tonight. I'd still consider dropping Bennett as I think we have better players, and I don't think he had a stormer last time out so can't see a problem with some rotation. Don't expect it to happen though. Wouldn't rest the front three, but would consider getting Costa off...

    The Road to Russia 2018

3-0. Jedniak hattrick. Well deserved victory over two legs. Thankfully. I will be up in the early hours to watch New Zealand likely lose to Peru.

    Fulham (H) 3/11 Build-Up Thread #fridaynightlights

Sometimes players offer different things too. I'd go Saiss over Alf as I think Saiss' combative nature and passing range will be perfect for this game. Not a slight on Alf, just that I think Saiss will be better for this game. Same can apply in other cases. That said Bennett/Batth offer more or...

--------------------Ruddy --------Miranda----Coady----Hause Doherty-------Saiss-----Neves-------Vinagre ---------Costa--------------Jota ------------------Bonatini I really want Costa to pick up some form, but wouldn't mind if Cav or Bright play. Douglas/Vinagre is a toss up. Hause probably...

    The Road to Russia 2018

I actually don't mind Abraham being called up, think he's looked good. Less convinced by the other two calls ups so far, and not delighted at all with Young.

Norwich 0 - 2 Wolves: Something something bogey team...

Rather enjoyed those highlights. It seems that, early header against the post aside, we were never really troubled. Possibly should have scored more, though I don't think any of the chances missed on there were absolute gimmes. I love football.

    Norwich (A) 31/10 Build-Up Thread #bogeyteam #mayaswellnotbother

Nuno didn't pick Batth at the start of the season on merit, so I'm sure will happily drop him now on merit. Captaincy obviously is not a big factor. Danny's pass percentage will be higher as he plays safer passes, as he knows like we do that he is just not a ball player. That's his limitation...

I had a dream last night that Costa scored both in a 2-0 win.

----------------Norris -----Miranda---Coady---Boly Doherty---N'Diaye--Neves---Vinagre ----Costa----Bonatini----Jota I do wonder if we'll see Hause in for Coady soon, or if Coady is too important to our organisation these days.

    QPR (A) build up thread

Vinagre can keep him spot ahead of Douglas, and as well as Danny has played recently, I'd have Hause keep his spot instead when Miranda comes back. Fitness permitting on both after herculean efforts of course. I'm assuming Boly isn't fit yet. The rest of the team picks itself. Is it just me...

Man City Carabao Cup Build Up Thread

This. He was absolutely brilliant in every other aspect of his play, but he must stick one of them away. He must. I saw enough to give him more games though for sure. I was in favour of loaning him out before the game, not now.

Man City Carabao Cup Build Up Thread

That was superb to watch, and I would say we really should have won. Hause was particularly fantastic I thought, I'd have him in for Danny at the weekend if Willy isn't fit yet. I don't think Norris made any fantastic saves (possibly the one at Aguero's feet, but then he created that problem...

Man City Carabao Cup Build Up Thread

Not feeling the love for The Wolves after being so negative - Teams coming into the prem' and playing like that will set our game back years. How we had almost the same number of fouls as them I'll never know - Ref' was a disgrace (again) -- They played like a bunch of belligerent bullies --...

Man City Carabao Cup Build Up Thread

I think Nuno might go strong on this one (not saying I would) as it is a good test for where our team is at. But then we played a second team at Southampton so who knows. I'd probably rest the regulars, but will they want that? The best players want to play against the best.
