Flattered to deceive…and did a lot of deceiving. He did a lot of good things, especially dropping into space to receive the ball but then didn’t do much with it. His two chances were not difficult, the first he didn’t even get a shot away, the second he made it too easy for the keeper.

It had turned. He was lucky we scored as it was getting unpleasant after the substitutions. There are not many positives from that. All the same problems repeated week after week.

Very much so, they have a massive majority that is also wafer thin. The next election will probably deliver a coalition and it is a toss up whether it is a Con/Reform coalition or Lab/others.

Yes, but a protected disclosure must meet certain criteria to be afforded any protection. If you are referring to anonymous whostleblowing, that is not what the report function does as it is not anonymous to the Mods.

But surely if someone feels so strongly, a DM requires some effort instead of just jabbing a finger at the report button in anger.

Could have been I suppose but most of those types of discriminatory remarks don’t require reporting…they get picked up in open play.

I will own picking up on this…and perhaps it shouldn’t have been shared as justification for a ban but it was and has not been taken back by anyone in the admin/mod team. I don’t like the report function because it gives rise to exactly the type of conduct I think is unnecessary. If any poster...

They aren’t relevant to Johnny being a snitch. Like I said, if it isn’t true I am sure one of the other mods will clarify.

It hasn’t been challenged by any other mod so I will take it as it is unless told otherwise.

Just remove the “grass button”. Moderation is then out in the open and posters have the option to self moderate, ignore or leave. Bans should be for the most egregious of conduct, whataboutery and bickering is part of what this forum is all about.

Forum rules below. Based on leedswolf totting up, not double figures and it would seem like a 6 day ban would be appropriate if a ban was appropriate in the first place - I don't think it was appropriate and definitely not a permanent ban, posters should be able to call him out for being a dick...
