Oh I agree, it just serves a purpose if I'm out somewhere with the Mrs and kids, we all ate last week and had a drink in Great Yarmouth spoons, for less than 35 quid, was far more enjoyable than a burger/kfc joint and their local Toby which cost us double.

They do a half decent curry, naan and crap beer for about a tenner.

Their food tastes like it's come out the mcds bin, coffees decent though.

so tips have no benefit untill your given enough to clear the employers liability? Eg. If I was on 10 dollars an hr, and recieved only 9 dollars in tips, then the employer only has to pay 1?
