I go to a lot of gigs and only recently started wearing the specialist ear plugs but the difference the day after has been noticeable. Might start wearing them at the football as well as have noticed my ears ringing slightly after the game from time to time.

I think as mentioned with the likely change of system we have: Hwang Sarabia Podence Guedes R.Gomes Bellegarde for one position in RW. It was always likely to be Podence or Guedes to leave out of that group. I'd probably go with Podence.
