Can't imagine that it's 6 hours a day physical exertion but I would expect them to be committing their time to tactical analysis, conditioning etc. Those that are aledgedly unhappy can do one....James Henry I'm looking at you!

Agree Alan. If you have quality players you should expect to do well whether you're Steve Bruce, Mick McCarthy or Walter Zenga.

Agree with this 100%...Those special players above the norm that cost more can make the difference. I think Talisca will be going through.....I think they'll want to get the work permit sorted before they announce anything. If it goes through it will be sending a real signal to the supporters...

Cynic I expect the backroom team to be announced. I hope there is a place for Rob Edwards ( a link to the old and new) and that the U21's & accademy staff are safe...they've been doing an excellent job with the young players.
