He's 75. In five years I wouldn't expect him to stand again.
 
Outside of everything else, love him or hate him, he got re-elected because he’ll be a damn good local mp who works hard for the community, 41 years he’s represented Islington you don’t get to do that if you’re crap
Bill Cash was a local MP for 40 years. He was a cunt, inept, lazy and elected many times.

I'm not exactly a fan, but I'm glad he won his seat. His expulsion didn't feel right to me. I hope at some point in the next 5 years he rejoins as it'd be a sign that Starmer is comfortable in his position and also that the Government are setting a centre left agenda.
He'll never rejoin now. Starmer is as likely to move centre left as Matt Doherty is to win the Ballon D'Or.
