Yeah I've always found a diet of reduced substances/vices (whatever yours maybe) and increased activity always helps me get things back on an even keel. For me that is less drinking, scrolling and replacing with things like physical activity (gym, walking), cooking etc.

I enjoyed some bits of it. Others bits didn't really land like the Starmer part. I think my favourite parts were the pre-recorded skits that they did and the "what kind of Irish is your Grandad" was like Vic & Bob throwback which I enjoyed as well.
