Staffordshire Derby between the two biggest cities in the county, so yes, for people north of Wolverhampton it's a bit of a deal. The two cities might be in the same county, but they're a relatively long way apart. It's pretty much the same distance away as Coventry or Burton Albion...

Never anything wrong with giving a damn about people. Because we're all so emotionally invested in this, we do sometimes come across as conflating the player with the person - no-one does it deliberately, but you're right, we ought to try not to do it. "X is a coward" is an example - yes...
