It’s a great point; a huge portion of being an NFL head coach is knowing how to sell your philosophy. Getting your players to believe in what you’re trying to do goes such a long way over the course of a season.

Not in the way it happened, certainly! The Panthers still lack some key pieces so it’s pretty impressive that they tend to be hard to beat, even when they do lose. That hasn’t been true of Carolina in years.
