I can name everyone of them straight away. Not sure I could for many squads since.

Which is significantly more than the magazine the picture came from.I can name everyone of them straight away. Not sure I could for many squads since.
Before my time. I recognised McAlle, Dougan, Parkes, Munro, Knowles, Bailey, Parkin and Wagstaffe.
He was. A real icon of sixties culture, women, nice cars, bit of a flash bugger. As you say a real shock how he turned away from it all.Knowles always looks like a right cheeky bugger, makes what happened even more surreal
Right at the start of my Wolves journey. Hughie Curran in there? Would have thought Bobby Gould would have been in there, guess it was just before he signed. Before my time. I recognised McAlle, Dougan, Parkes, Munro, Knowles, Bailey, Parkin and Wagstaffe.
Gould signed in June 1970. That team photo is the 69/70 team picture. Knocker's last game was 6 September 1969 (2 weeks before my 15th birthday).Right at the start of my Wolves journey. I don't think Arnold played a competitive game for Wolves tbh.Ive got a very vague memory of Rod Arnold beong in goal in one of my first games, could that be possible? Maybe Lofty injured?

Yeah, I was at the game. Wolves 3-0 up too. Broke my heart too. Knocker is still my favourite all-time Wolves player.I was at that game, drew 3-3 with Nottingham Forest, kicked off a bit at the end.
Peter Knowles was outside our house a couple of years ago, I told him he broke my heart when he packed it in.
Reminds me of the surname of a delegate on one of the courses I ran:Which is significantly more than the magazine the picture came from.
I recognise the chap on the far right. Regular in The Hatherton I think.
