What are you currently listening to....

Is the correct answer.
Ripped off the idea from Pipes of Peace, which ironically you do only here at Xmas
Except for the fact that it doesn't rip off Pipes of Peace because it was basically recorded as a song called No Man's Land for a John Peel session 2 years before Pipes of Peace came out. So yours is a correct answer too, apart from the actual facts...

Sad old twat that I am, I'm currently revisiting my Nick drake and Tim Buckley collections. Tim had one hell of a voice.
It’s roundabout the 48th anniversary of nick drakes passing, Tanworth in Arden is worth a visit and walk round, his graves by the oak tree on the right just after you go in, Mike Hailwood greatest bike racer ever is in the same graveyard, just in the new bit at the back.
Jeff Buckley album is fantastic as well.

Sorry, I forget that you know everything and are always right. The fact is No Man's Land was recorded for John Peel 2 years before Pipes of Peace. The lyrics to the verses of No Man's Land were used in Altogether Now, as explained by Peter Hooton, the singer of The Farm. I suppose you know more than him too?

Nope I was wrong about the 1983 recording, just as you were with Pipes of Peace which was the same year. You just chose to post like an arse, which I forgot you always do.

Hello pot meet kettle.

My Freedom Calendar says Christmas doesn’t start until after tomorrow.

Your freedom calendar can fuck off - we're trying to be nice to each other here
No niceness allowed once an American gets involved. That’s just history

I agree, think it all started going downhill just before Lancaster left). We went to see John Coghlans Quo earlier this year at the Robin and it was excellent, sadly I think Coghlan is pretty much retiring now but the band will play on, not sure under what name though.
Quo Connection, don’t know why it took me so long to find that out when I follow them in FB and have Pete Mace as a friend
