Havertz will be gone, I think.

£10m loan fee. £8m wages. No buy clause

Presume Atleti will want at least the money they paid for him when/if they sell in the summer

Sounds like an expensive waste of time. No doubt Boehly is just getting him as he's seen the name/reputation and got a semi.

Chelsea just throw the chequebook at any player who seems available, can’t see any kind of strategy there tbh, they have a stupidly bloated squad and were after a midfielder but just gone for Felix because they can

Chelsea signing Joao Felix.

Next season they'll have Felix, Nkunu and Havertz who all want to play as a pure #10.
That's just bonkers.

You can probably add Mount into that camp as well.

Pulisic likes to drift into the middle, as well (although he's been made of paper lately).

Alex Moreno on his way for a medical at Villa tomorrow. £12.5m.

Good signing for them.

After watching Digne last week I'm not surprised. £25m pissed up a wall.

As for Chelsea, their manager is on the hot seat, so they'll need someone who knows Felix to get the best out of him. Only 1 man for the job

Seems the Spanish media think Simeone is leaving Atletico in the Summer, so I would expect Felix to return in the summer after his loan, unless he rips the PL up and Chelsea fancy paying £150m+ for him

Wonder where Simeone will go ?

Another 29 year old though. Such a short term strategy they have

Fabs drops a Here We Go on Felix to Chelsea

Felix signing a new deal at Atletico as well. Really does sound as if they don't want him gone but just moving him out of the way until the manager goes in the summer

I reckon Eddie Howe is in for a shock when Simeone’s car is in his space come August

Why would they replace Howe when he’s doing so well, on course for top 4 at the moment

Yeah unless things go catastrophically wrong at Newcastle I think Howe has earned another year.
