The R.I.P. Thread

WWE wrestler Windham "Bray Wyatt" Rotunda aged just 36

Heath Streak aged 49 with cancer. Clearly there was something in the social media stuff a week ago. I saw him play for Warwickshire on a number of occasions. Shocking. RIP

US singer-songwriter Jimmy Buffett, best known for his 1970's hit Margaritaville, has died aged 76.

Smash Mouth front man, Steve Harwell has passed away aged just 56

Scored against us in the 4-2 at The Hawthorns.

Wasn't a bad player, Albion fans had a bit of a downer on him though as I recall. Similar to Osborn here.

As a kid I was always amazed by him and how he could portray so many people and actually be so much funnier than the real characters. RIP Mike Yarwood. I'm getting really old. :(

One of those shows you never missed if you could help it.

Chief Buthelezi leader of the Zulus, 95.
Dull fact he played his own great grandfather in the film Zulu.

My brother in law went to the commemorations a few years ago. When the Zulu group and the Regiment found out his great x? Uncle was involved in the battle, they all made a great fuss of him.
His ancestor was one of the Robert Jones, the one that in the film, held back the Zulus while everyone escaped out the back of the sick bay.
Sadly a few years after leaving the army, the mental issues caused by the battle caught up with him and he committed suicide.

I have never been further south in Africa than Cairo but those memorials would be a cool thing to see if I ever visited. Rorke's Drift was incredible by that few but dont forget it was preceded by the ultimate bloody nose at Islandlwana

They recon that's why it was highlighted the way it was at the time, to detract from Ilandlwana

made padd smile, I’ll take that.
I think all the VCs from rourkes drift are in the army museum in Brecon, I’ll have to google it to be sure
