Red card wouldn’t have changed much in the scheme of things I imagine and ref probably thought the pen would go in so sending him off seemed unnecessary drama. In the rules he should have gone though agreed

From Jørgensen's reaction I think he was expecting to walk.

Wouldn't you if you'd just tackled someone from behind in the box? Don't blame him for doing whatever he could to prevent the goal, justified in the end with the penalty save, but no way that's an honest attempt at playing the ball.
