The NFL Thread

Saints-Falcons game has me so incredibly pissed. Awful way to lose.

Colston really should be holding on to that pass. Handed the game to Atlanta.

No doubt. So unlike him.

Let's fucking go Buffalo!!! OT win in Chicago, first time the Bills have EVER won there. EJ Manuel looked poised and did enough to not lose the game and the defense holds the NFL's 2nd highest scoring offense to 20 points. At home. Even better, the Patriots lose horribly! Fucking love it!

Romo is having a mare!

Ray Rice has been cut by the Ravens and indefinitely suspended by the NFL.

I've seen the video of him decking his wife. What an idiot.

Then she was just his girlfriend. But that original press conference threw up all sorts of red flags. I'd bet money that she's scared to leave him.

Oh yeah that's right she married him afterwards. Bloody gold-digger. She knows where her bread's buttered.

I really hope that's not the case. Would infuriate me.

Great news for Bills fans, the team has officially been sold to Buffalo Sabres (NHL) owner Terry Pegula. Why is this great news? Because it means that the Bills will stay in Buffalo for at least the next generation. All the talk of the team being moved to LA or Toronto can now be squashed. Hallelujah!

I knew I'd jinx Antonio Brown by putting him in my fantasy team.

Fumbles to turnover possession and then has to leave the field after taking a heavy hit shortly before.

No way the Steelers are winning this one. Ravens defence is too good for them on the night.

As I speak the Ravens make it 17-6 at the end of the 3rd quarter. Pittsburgh haven't had a single TD yet. Both TDs they've conceded have been wide open easy passes into the end zone too.

Good. The worse Pittsburgh is, the happier I am.

Another Steelers turnover. Shite.

Watched the highlights from last week. Thought the Lions looked impressive as did the Falcons and Saints. Giants and Bears were terrible.

The Bears were not terrible, everyone assumes because it was 'just the Bills' they lost to they must have been terrible. The Bills have a top 5 rushing attack and a top 5 defense in the league that forces turnovers all the time- only the Seahawks had more last year. The Bears have a great offense that we held to 20 points, not because the Bears were terrible but because our defense is just that good. The Bills will make people re-evaluate their thought processes this season as long as Manuel plays like he did last Sunday.
