Who's ahead of Jimenez? I'll gladly wave him goodbye with my best wishes if we get somebody in but I wouldn't just be getting rid of him regardless of a replacement coming in.
Sasa, Hwang, Cunha, probably Nathan Fraser at this point. We don't know what's going on with Fabio.

I mean, I'm not suggesting we should play Hwang or Cunha as the main centre forward, but they're obviously preferred/ahead of Raul.

Long story short, we need to sign a centre forward that can play and share the workload with Sasa. Have Fraser (or even Fabio) as back up and let Raul go and enjoy playing in the sun somewhere.

I still believe if you can get good service into Raul he will score, last few seasons when he's played he's had Adama, Hwang and Podence powderpuffing there way around Molineux. You get better service from Hermes.

I get the sentiment, I just don't think it's as simple as that. Unless they can earn the same elsewhere, we're going to struggle to get them gone.

Looked to me at the end of last season that he very much knew his time here was up.

But then as you say, we can't force someone to sign him! If we go in to the new season with Raul as one of our first choice centre forwards then somethings gone seriously wrong.

There's an argument to be had that 2 of the 5 mentioned aren't centre forwards, one is coming back from a long term injury, one is unproven at first team level and one has a supposed attitude problem, isn't what we need and wants to go elsewhere.

Yes we need another option at centre forward but your original point was get rid of Raul regardless. I'd keep him unless another forward comes in.

Jonny is broken unfortunately and isn't going to offer anything. If he stays his wages are being wasted.

Even if we end up subsidising his wages for him to get a move it means we'd be better off

Such a shame as he was such a good player.

He was awful v Leeds. But he'd been better in other games prior to that.

I think he can still be a decent back up, particularly as he has 2 years left and we'll struggle to move him on, so we may aswell use him.

He's a different type of fullback to RAN and Bueno anyway, and we don't know enough about Dexter about to say he's second choice at RB.

Not sure why we gave Jonny a mega extension when he was injured/just returned. Almost like some kind of confidence boost/thank you for hard work, but also massively ill thought out.

“Football is a ruthless industry” so can’t be handing out charity contracts for £4m a year whilst then fleecing fans for an extra £1m.

We were supposedly in for Dembele on a free. That's the type of signing I could see to let Raul go.

Mundo Deportivo reporting that we've been offered Nico Gonzalez.

Brighton interested in Alex Scott but won't pay what Bristol are asking

If Scott is what some people think, he would surely be a perfect Brighton flip. Buy £25m...good season or 2 and sell to Chelsea for £90m

Melo's agent has now said he wants to play in England and named us at "the biggest possibility". Fiorentina also interested.

Officially told yesterday he has no future at Juve and not going on their pre-season tour along with a few other players

Are any of the other ones not broken?

After leaving Juventus, Arthur negotiates with Wolverhampton and Fiorentina
Former Liverpool and Barcelona midfielder will not stay in the Italian team and prioritizes return to the Premier League

Midfielder Arthur should no longer play for Juventus. At the age of 26, he returned to the Italian club, but is on the market looking for a new club. And two teams showed interest, according to ge found out: Wolverhampton, from the Premier League, and Fiorentina.

Arthur is on a list of athletes who are not in Juventus's project for next season. He, defender Bonucci and defensive midfielders McKennie and Zakaria will be traded. The Brazilian's permanence in the Italian team was unlikely even before the end of his loan to Liverpool.

Arthur and the other three players will not travel with Juve to the United States, where the club will carry out pre-season training. The Brazilian, however, hopes to define his future soon. The priority is a definitive negotiation, but a loan with a purchase option is not ruled out.
According to the player's manager, Federico Pastorello, Arthur wants to play for an English team again. Brighton showed interest at the beginning of the year, but Wolverhampton is currently the biggest possibility.

– We are working to return to the Premier League. It is his (Arthur's) will, but it is still too early, unfortunately – declared the agent, in a video released by the Tuttosport newspaper.

Wolves have several players who speak Portuguese, including Brazilians João Gomes and Matheus Cunha and Luso-Brazilian Matheus Nunes. The club is looking for a replacement for Rúben Neves, who was sold to Al-Hilal.

Fiorentina also carried out a survey to hire the Brazilian at the moment, but it appears as a second option. Arthur was on loan at Liverpool last season but played just 13 minutes. He suffered from injuries and was not used by Jürgen Klopp when he was available.

The Brazilian has a contract with Juve until June 2025. He recently declared to the Mundo Deportivo newspaper that he wants to return to having a sequence in a European club to enter again in the dispute for a place in the Brazilian national team.

Arthur arrived in Europe in 2018, signed by Barcelona from Grêmio, but stayed only two seasons in the Spanish team. In 2020, he was sold to Juve for €72 million. In the Italian team, the midfielder made 63 appearances and scored one goal in two years.
