Early indications are that the turn out in Scotland is around the 65% mark. But the turnout in England will not be as high as the expected 80%.

BBC seem to be saying that the turnout is above 80% in a lot of areas.

Carswell despises the way Farage runs the party (claiming fake expenses etc) and his case for leaving the EU is not one based on the lines the Leave campaign have tried to run. He could become UKIP leader but I don't think the people who make up their support would particularly like him.

I don't agree with a lot of what Carswell says but he is a good MP and a decent man.

Sunderland was expected to vote leave. If it is that level of percentage then things might get interesting and Farage might want to re-write his speech.
