Parliament Thread

Seen something on Twitter that could be raised in the next meeting. The merchandise cash has to be spent by the end of June, but some people want to use it to get names/numbers printed on the back of their new shirts.

The club say if you're getting names/numbers on the back, you have to have it done when you pay for it, so anyone wanting next season's squad numbers will have to be a bloody good guesser, or wait til they're released which will be after the merchandise cash has expired.

Why can't they take the money and agree to print the names after they're released?

That is a good one to ask actually. I will raise that when I know of the next meeting date.

Its stupid that I purchased something in the clubshop last weekend and earned 10% Merch Cash, which I can then spend in 28 Days time............but by that point it has expired.

Next meeting 11th September. Bang your questions in for me as soon as you can chaps and I will see what I can get answers to.

No idea who is attending yet. Hopefully it will be Jackett as well as Moxey.

I think that ticket cash one raised a couple of weeks ago (ie STHs have £5 ticket cash in their accounts but they can't use it on erm, tickets for the JPT games) is worth bringing up.

Why did you sell Doyle and Sako you wankers?

Batted back with "but can be used in the museum, so we are basically giving STH the chance to see the place for just £2, bargain innit" (did STH have ticket cash, i thought we got £5 merch cash?)

Shouldn't points from last season be used when a loyalty points system is needed so early in the season? Holiday season and all that.

They've said before they don't have the technology to do this which is bollocks when you consider that I can view my own purchase history going back to the 2002/3 season on Wolves' own website.

Re: ticket cash - not being a STH at the moment I wouldn't know for sure but I remember it being mentioned on the thread when the ticket details for the Walsall game were released.

Somebody wants an agenda item raised about the players warming up in front of the South Bank this season and not the "traditional" North Bank.

Good lord.

Kenny jackett is attending and the first section of the meeting will be a live blog. Any questions for the manager (please don't include future transfer budget as you won't get that answered) stick them here and I will see what I can do.

Ignoring KJ is there and after laughing at our friends email about stock sinking to the bottom of the Indian Ocean, I think a question should be asked about the retail side of things and their appalling communication with their customers.

Now, the stuff like a cargo ship sinking is not Wolves fault but what is their fault is the customers not being told in the first place and only discovering when they are chasing up orders for the 5th time since ordering in June. Its not the first case I have heard of with regards to the appalling service offered by the online side of Wolves retail.

Hilarious. They should have done it 36 years ago.

Thankfully the appearance of kenny jackett and online blog for the first part of the evening will restrict other agenda items in the bit that won't be live on the net. I would imagine that the "warming up stand willy-waving contest item" will be one of the first casualties.

I'm a happy Wanderer at the moment. Very pleased we kept two of our better players. I am fully behind the philosophy that the club is self sufficient in terms of finance and hopefully success gets the fans back and fills the coffers BUT is Morgan prepared to make up any shortfalls due to us being out of the PL for at least two seasons , or do we expect the club to cash in on our better players in the future to balance the books. Obviously the club should never be held to ransom by players.

That one would be for the second half of the session and I will try and get moxey to give us a clue. Morgan's interview points toward shortfall being made up from his pocket if possible.

He said in his E&S article that he's had to put money in this year.

Can you ask Jed if we could have a star above the badge in recognition of winning the Sherpa Van Trophy..
