Going for a job interview ( even though I start my new job in September, I don’t hugely want to do it) by train and not actually making it due to cancellations, and late trains being so late they were stopping at Brum new street and their destination nowhere in between, where I needed to be.
Phoned the bloke fairly early on told him I was struggling and we’ve rescheduled, so I’ll catch way earlier trains to give myself a chance

Job I’ve got is kids to school in a minibus, job I’m going for, bike mechanic at a place in Yardley, also waiting on a chat I had Tuesday re another bike mechanic job in Grantham, the Yardley job is working at the low to mid price range bikes £100-£1200 for ebikes, Grantham is top end bikes £1000-25000 yea you read that right, 25k for a bike! Not fussed which one I’d like, but Grantham is cheaper to live tbh

Hand moulded carbon fibre for frame, wheels, bars, titanium bolts, clamps, e shifting, no wires done by Bluetooth (transmitter in the bars or stem, receiver in the frame, battery in the seatposts) tends to get the price up and the weight down, they clock in about 8kg total if you’re really going for it.

Just had a message from my neighbour saying someone has left their car on my driveway while we’re away, worst still it blocks in my wife’s car so for all they knew it could stop her from getting to work etc
Law wise if it’s still there when I get back and I block it in I’ll be the one who could be arrested.
Angry just doesn’t do it justice complete utter brass face and arrogance of some people is off the charts.

Me I’d put the window in, and push it down the road,leave it badly parked, and then it’ll get towed
