Didn’t realize that Ihiekwe and Iorfa were both at Wednesday, actually.

Doesn't bother me, it'd be intolerant to tell people who have faith that they can't express that when it clearly means a lot to them. Pakistani cricketers say Inshallah all the time, what's the difference.

Militant atheism is rubbish, see latter day Ricky Gervais.

Arsehole Dutch fans attacking the families of West Ham players at full time. But it’s always English fans that start trouble and get suppressed by police…

The familes too? In the height of the 80’s and 90’ the German, Italian and Dutch fans were as bad, if not worse.

what the English fans have done in the past doesn’t alter that the Dutch fans tonight have been as bad, no worse

Why the victim complex though? English fans haven't got that reputation by accident.

Peter Sutcliffe is still a murdering cunt even though Josef Fritzl is an incestuous paedophile, I don't know where you're running with this. Everyone knows that every country has wanker elements, ours is bigger than most and has been overwhelmingly proven to be so for 40+ years.

My point is the targeting of players families, not West Ham fans and the slow reaction of the stewards and police.
Had that been English fans, the outrage would be palpable. I can’t believe that you think that what English fans have done in the past excuses this.

there is no excuse for any violence and dismissing it as “but English fans” is pretty poor… I’m not sure Peter Sutcliffe or Josef Fritzel have much of an opinion on the matter

Where have I excused anything?

I really don't understand your point here.

According to the beeb, there was aggro between altzmaar players and west ham families/fans at the first leg last week.
Possible revenge attack?

So what the Dutch fans have done tonight isn’t acceptable?

Unprovoked, they attacked the family enclosure of the West Ham players and Moyes’s 82 year old father.

I simply said that what the AZ fans did was shit and that English fans have the bad reputation…your first comment was “but English fans in the past”…

What the fuck?

Yes English fans have a terrible reputation for any number of well documented reasons. You brought it up FFS. What the hell are you on about?

Anybody else find it quite refreshing to see Burn celebrate his goal last night?

Hate it when some doe-eyed melt who played under a hundred games for a club scores and sticks a hand in the air apologetically.

Sure thing if your Fat Frank knocking in an equaliser for City against Chelsea but get a grip, you can celebrate without becoming Adebayor.

I’d say club fans travelling to Europe are pretty well behaved nowadays.
The national side still has a huge problem of dickheads and moronic stag do culture to it when in easy access parts of Europe. Problem is it’s intimidating and insulting when you’ve got large groups of England fans heavily intoxicated singing “no surrender” “German bombers” etc and just Leary behaviour and a “fuck you im having a good time” attitude.
It’s no coincidence when England have played in Russia, Qatar, Brazil, South Africa, & Far East there’s zero trouble.

Always catches me off guard how much that kind of thing annoys y’all.
That level doesn't bother me at all and I'm a lifelong atheist, don't care what other people believe as long as it doesn't impact negatively on others.
