That's the second time that Doherty has made deep attacking runs into their box and only failing just, to get a goal for his troubles. Seems to be a transformed player this season.
Interesting that after all the managers we've had and Doherty starts to shine and Edwards is at last, at LONG BLOODY LAST found out for what he is...
This Nuno seems to have his finger on the right pulse of this team. But Doherty? Who'd have thought?

Neves gave a great ball to Douglas and then to Jota and it was partly blocked and Neves went in to try to win it back and he's got a crack on his head from the defender's knee...
A bit dazed and groggy from that.... Getting long treatment and now he's up and walking dazedly to the touch line..
