I think they'll do it through the kids, the lad from Swindon, Deslandes, Simpson, Wilson, Bright, Hunte, Weeks. I think they'll all end up on the bench at some point to pad out the numbers.

Depressing though that this is the only reason that Kenny was likely to leave him out of the team. Not been convinced by the bits I have seen of Saville & no idea whether Byrne or Wallace can do it as they've not been put in front of us for anyone to have an opinion.

Conversely - we know Price is better that what has been served up in central midfield of late & I cannot see why he's sitting there unused. Kenny has talked about 'power', but whilst Jack isn't the biggest I have never seen him as a pushover by the 'bigger boys'

Edwards is a throughly decent guy and obviously cares about Wolves but ultimately, most of us on here are those things. I wish him a speedy recovery and hope he goes to the Euros but hopefully now somebody who has been stuck behind Jacketts crass favourtism can grasp that brass ring.

Doherty has made 20 appearances for Wolves so far this season, and with 16 scheduled games left in the campaign he has set himself a couple of personal goals ensuring that there’s no complacency on his part as well.

He said: “My aim is to play in every game until the end of the season, whether that’s at left back or right back and to perform well.

“Everyone has aspirations for international call ups, I’ve not had call up yet but that’s an aspiration of mine to happen.
