Anyone know how Neves' new deal works with FFP?

Does his £15.8m fee get amortised across 6 years now, or does the 4/5 that was left now get amortised over 5 years again, or does it just stay the same and will come off the books in 4 years time?

I wonder what wages Boly, Jota and Leo are getting considering Neves has just had his doubled to £50k p/w?

I'm guessing around £30-40k for Boly/Jota, maybe £20k tops for Leo.

My dad knows somebody working at Molineux and got to go on a tour this week...

Few tidbits - the BW interior is pretty much a shell at the moment.

Press room is huge. Instead of the school-like table and chairs it's been properly fitted and rewired.

The old police cells under the South Bank are being converted into a bar. Didn't know at the moment if it's a pitchside bar for HT or something more akin to the North Bank Bar.

Changing rooms remodeled.

Floodlights upgraded for HD and an executive box is becoming a permanent Sky studio. The Sky setup has also been installed permanently.

At request of Nuno the bar has been removed from the players lounge.

Nuno's office has a separate room for entertaining opposition managers.

Gantry in the Billy Wright has been widened and expanded.

There's some other bits I can't remember right now, something about the dugouts, but it's all change behind the scenes and little expense is being spared.

Going back years to when I went on a tour the cells were on the Billy side as Penk says... When he told me earlier we couldn't figure out how it would be accessed either. Could also be work going on behind the scenes until the stand is redeveloped/extended and won't necessarily be ready for this season?

Correct, bar for the temp stand. I've heard these bits elsewhere too and they're all spot on.

Dugouts are being extended/widened IIRC.

Met a Benfica supporter on vacation to Florida at work today. Assured me that Ruí Patricio isn't good enough for the Prem and that he'd never have wanted our new GK at Benfica.

Could easily be bias, but it was a fun conversation nonetheless. He also mentioned he always knew Helder Costa would make a name for himself somewhere.

Very interesting read. Sounds like someone who Nuno feels comfortable working with. Time will tell, but I hope it works!

O'Rourke (if it is the real him!) reckons Norris has signed a new deal. Can see him going on loan now, surely a Championship club will take him on. Plenty of potential there.

I know the obvious response will be "I wouldn't give them a disease" TM Paddy, but Villa would be a good move for him. Big club, pressure situation, likely to be busy and will mature him in the way we'd like.
