Derby (H) build up

and the fact it took about 3 hours to get from the John Ireland Stand to the pitch

Credit to West Ham for thinking of the possibility of pitch invasions were they to qualify for the Champions League.

Have to say I agree with most this, it's unfortunate it will happen V Blues, as I think there is likely to be an under currant to the game, without the fans facing off

I would hope the fans are more raisinable about it.

I've got no problem with our fans giving it large to the Bluenoses on Sunday.

Man that ex player curse has really done us in this season

Has it struck at all since Leon? Struggling to think. Mind you its about time.

While I am on it , beware Chelsea next season. All five of Azpilicueta's league goals in 191 Chelsea appearances have come against teams beginning with W (two against Watford, two against West Brom and now one against West Ham).

This is what I can't understand - if we win promotion, who gives two fucks who we're playing and why would anyone give anything other than Wolves winning promotion to the Premier League a second thought?

I hate pitch invasions. It happens at loads of club these days though so it's not just our fans that look like a bunch of twats.

I hope it's the Derby game and not the Blues game though. Pitch invasion aren't nice when they turn a bit unsavoury. It was horrible when we lost at the Hawthorns in the play offs and their fans invaded the pitch and headed straight for where we were sitting. The ripped up seats being hurled towards them by the Wolves fans behind me didn't help the situation.

Well if it happens at the Derby game them there will be one not on the pitch as I won't be - this season has seen the players/manager & fans all heading in the same direction & I would want the players, Nuno & his team the chance the chance to go round the ground in comfort so that we can all cheer each other to the rooftops

Fucking Hell Wolves supporters seem to be held in very low light on this "Wolves" forum. So what the fuck if some of our over excuberant fans run on the pitch after the fact we're promoted to the Premier League. Who gives a shit what the bluenoses think they'll just have to suck it up.
Can you believe people actually worrying about this at this moment in our history.
Holier than thou Bollox.
Virtue signalling bullshit
take your pick.

My memory is not what it was, but I thought we clinched the title against Sheffield Utd, but we won promotion, and there was an invasion.
There was also the SVT when we qualified for Wembley, and we were all outside the old Waterloo Road stand and Turner etc were on the flat roof by the alley.

As I said it was my memory playing tricks....

No, you're memory is just fine. We we're on the pitch in 88 and 87 as well. It was all good-natured despite the Police trying to stop it and the players enjoyed it every bit as much as muich as the fans. Of course that was possibly down to the fact they could climb into the Waterloo Road stand and celebrate with the fans from there which isn't possible now. Still, I don't quite understand the anger towards them as long as they are good natured.

It's the memory of the repeated invasions v Rotherham. Ruining Sam Ricketts finest moment in a Wolves shirt

Pitch invasions aren't for me, but I don't really have an issue with ONE, it's when you do 3 or 4 as we have in the past that it all gets a bit pathetic. What I have no time for is invading while the match is still in play like some idiots did in the Rotherham game.

Agreed.
